Look at all these useles "Eff-ing," id*0= + NPC's in the store, who always have to have a phone to record stuff rather than just relax and enjoy this classic song and save it in their memory bank for future reminiscing. Most of these fools didn't even appreciate what was in front of them and are only there to post what they recorded on their social media. I thought this show was great for what it was, a satire, a parody, it was absolutely hilarious. The way he was making that girl be his taxi. So funny I was laughing out loud.

I really like the show I just didn't like when I went to live action in the CGI was just terrible

I’ve been mainly critical of the terrible direction (eg Leia chase scene), but you’re absolutely right - that makes zero sense. He’s there to protect, why would he get out of shape and bury his weapon??

03:14 this fast pace is probably suppose to present pacing in early american comics. While we have introduction, build up and ending, everything happens in very fast pace. Only 2000s changed that giving story time to breath. MARVEL starting ULTIMATE gave us slower pacing where we could get into characters, feel realism as we could also see main characters daily life, that didn't even have any impact on story. Japanese manga is different, as they have always been slow paced with huge emphasic on character daily lives, to get into characters. There is tone of inner monologues, to the point that we always feel character.

The level of satire is top tier and how I felt as I realized hawk knight intentions were literally manipulating me as a viewer to think for second that he was doing things for the greater good, I loved it ahhhh all the playing around with use of multi media

Had nothing else to do one Saturday night and browsed Netflix and watched it. I watch pretty much everything superhero related and wasn't really disappointed. The show in my opinion isn't great but i feel like they weren't trying the make something to rival the MCU. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone minus the oh I watched this and yeah it exists.

You gave a very passionate review. I watched the whole series and had mixed feelings. The potential story lines were there, but everything moved very fast. A bit more character development would have been nice. There were not shy on copying DC characters. The acting was solid for a B movie. A few of the twists and turns were nice surprises. The big one at the end I didn’t see coming. I didn’t hate it nor was I crazy about it, but glad to watch. Not sure how they do a second season, even though they tried to set one up.
